the breakfast was good. i especially liked the buffet selection (especially the eggs). the location suited my needs well. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the room did not have a safe. the cleaning service was not satisfactory (the floors were not vacuumed every day). the portable heater was loud. it was provided as a replacement for the non-functional heating system.

the hotel offered a hot breakfast buffet each morning which i thought was awesome. i had a family room that featured air conditioning and smart tvs, a great setup! the hotel manager i spoke with seemed very friendly and helpful.
I noticed the front desk was not staffed 24/7. I wondered what to do if i arrived late.

easy accesscracked basin
The location allowed easy access to public transport which suited my needs.
The bathroom fixtures seemed quite dated. I spotted a cracked basin and a wobbly toilet seat. It seems odd to start such work so early in the day at a hotel.

The location was good as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was satisfactory, and I appreciated the value for money. I also liked the onsite parking. It made travel easy.
I found my room had a musty smell, something i did not like. The air-conditioner leaked on the floor during the first night. Supplies like coffee and milk weren't replenished unless i asked
